Master of Mana Xtended 4.0

These are very helpful information, thanks! How did you manage to find the cause of crash?

Delete civs one at a time and see if its a combination of civs that are the cause. Then check barbarians next to units or cities. Process of elimination.

I have found a bug that will crash the game. If I build a Settlement with Kuriotates and end the turn the game. I had the bug in 2 different games, but in a third game i build a settler and the settlement right from the start the game dont crash. And new cities works fine too.

This bug with Kuriotates is perplexing us. We have tried to track the cause of the bug in python or dll and could not find anything suspicious. It also not a consistent bug; sometime it triggers, sometime it does not. :s

Its a very consistent bug I say. If another city gets destroyed or attacked, after placing the settlement, its caused a CTD. You can cause this with out even end turning using world creator. You first just place the settlement, and then go into world building and pick ANY random city to erase and exiting world builder will cause recalculations of city/demographics information. This causes the CTD.

There are two AI cities with barbarian next to them and one of them only has 3 defense units.

Hi,

I have found a little bug, the Bannor Captain has no Unit Class, so he can not advance.
Another Thing, i tried to transform land to sea (waterspell), first it works fine, it was a plane without any buildings or forest, second i tried dark forest? (the better forest from the religion), the game crashes repeatable.

Its the town of Celo being taken over by the Amerites AI from Sider (pink attacking grey)

Most of the bugs seem to revolve around founding/capturing/loosing cities, maybe there are patterns to this whole thing? Or are the mechanics really unique to each civilization?

Btw, I like the magic changes so far, still worth using those units, but they are way less lethal now (especially adepts).

I got a reproducable crash to desktop on the next turn (see attached savegame).
It got something to do with the kuriotate settlement of Lakis. If I remove that one using the world builder, the CTD doesn't occur...

You right, this bug has a direct link to the script linked with settlements for the Kurrites. I cant even switch to that player without a crash. I don't have experience troubleshooting those type of injections.

I also noticed two possible issues:

- Setting AI players on game creation to "random good/neutral/evil" doesn't work. There won't be any AI players
- Playing on Noble difficulty the AI seems to be expanding very slowly. And sometimes they don't even use their settlers. Captured the Calabim capital (their only city) and there were at least one settler waiting.
Probably the AI struggles with the barbarians?

Hi guys,

How do i see what level a unit currently is ?

Cheers
Colonelflag
I'd like to know that too. I usually calculate the level based on the EP...
