I like this one, but if the MOD half could be a few shades darker than the RETIRED one, it would look more balanced (how do you change the colors on these?).

Nowhere. I checked the list of moderator groups, and we're not on it.

Ah well, i suppose there isn't any relevance as a forum goer to find someone who isn't a mod any more.

I noticed that quite a few don't have badges anyway, so the list (if it were to ever exist) wouldn't really tell you all the names of people who used to be moderators. If you're curious about specific people, you can look them up in the Members list (accessed via the dropdown menu under Community.

go to the main forum page scroll way down and click on View Forum Leaders - yeah I would rename that to View Forum Staff if it was up to me - but thats the page you are looking for.

There seems to be an error on that page, some people who aren't mods are listed as mods.

Well, there are five users without moderator badge on the (first) moderator list and the three Scenario League staff members are actually moderators, though strictly for the Civ2 Scenario League subforum. As for the other two, it might be a glitch, though I am unsure - what I find more confusing is that there are two moderator lists on that page .
