==Namibian War==
The Namibian Army executes a daring move to try and repulse the Sanguine forces once and for all! One main column slams into the Bloods, while two side columns flank them. Blood strategy, however, means this maneuver is far from foolproof – better technology has been developed and both Mozambiquean and Blood forces remain stationary, entrenched in occupied territory.
However, the Namibs manage to incite an uprising behind enemy lines, creating some chaos in the Blood Empire’s ranks. In the ensuing bloodbath, 25,000 Namib civilians are killed, but the Namib forces are able to seize on the discord. The Namibians are thus able to gain an advantage despite attacking an entrenched, better-trained nemesis.
28-12! Namibia turns calamity into victory, seizing 5 of 8 provinces. They wipe out 28 Blood forces (half the Blood army) and lose 12 of their own. However, the offensive is a huge success, and the Blood Empire is now in retreat. Per orders, however, the Bloods slaughter as many civilians as possible during their retreat, inflicting MASSIVE casualties on the Namibians. 40,000 civilians die as a result out of 71,000 liberated.
As a result of increasing Sanguine brutality, the HITSGDP’s minor members begin to question whether Namibia is really that bad a country. Their earlier remarks about stripping Mozambique of its independence, however, leave most hesitant to repeal the embargo.
