You don't; the entire map is going to be filled in once signups are complete. This is a semi-fresh start game, with the world situation jumbled up, but nations have been around long enough for most land to be reclaimed.

Hey, I see you removed Luxembourgh. Can I not have Netherlands, then, and instead take the Vienna region of Austria?

I'm with Jeho; a game where you can't make war on another player is going to be lacking something, something that no amount of embargoes or spies can make up.

Jehoshua and I have made arguments for both, so whoever you feel is more convincing.

The reason I'm taking an all or nothing approach is I included them in MP4 solely for MAD purposes that would force players to avoid direct war. If we're not having MAD, I'm just going to remove them entirely.

I will keep out of the nuke talks, although we would have to set the considerations to be sure that NPCs are not steam rolled over while at the same time be sure they are not the steam rollers.

Either they are secretly pacifists, or they are missing the entire point of why the possibility of no nukes was brought up, which is that if everyone has nukes (the usage of which would be severely moderated) war practically ceases to be feasible between players. Ergo no nukes means more war.

EDIT: Oh, and to avoid a hideous allocations of lands in East Asia, I have modified my claims taking into account tani's alterations. Grey blue is the colour, central asia is the domain.
