OOC: actually that reminds me what exactly is that agreement regarding? I see Germany and Austria are listed as having a defensive alliance.. however I didnt see info on the others.

its kinda funny if you look at it, Ententre is 129, for 5 nations and then theres the Soyuz/Vertrag with 128 with 6 nations,

Perhaps, it is a thin skin and a belligerent attitude towards those who have different opinions that makes you assume insult where none is intended. Clearly what you wrote and we read were not the same text. Let us blame it on the translators. If by leave you mean that Spain would leave Java if those in favor of independence were in the majority, I would applaud you. There's your solution. Instead of predictably having the Vertrag and the Entente clash leaving America in position to inherit the world, lets have the Entente sign a NAP with the Vertrag and fight America. Whoever wins will be so weak that Vertrag will inherit the world, but that's much more fun, isn't it?

yes, if Java decides in the majority that it doesnt want to become spanish, we will leave it, if they decide to become spanish, thats the end of it, Spain will occupy java
however since Germany doesnt seem to be replying would the UCC be interested in sending a division of regulars, whose duty would be guarding the vote so there is no illegal interferience
also, spain is not exploitive to our people, you shall see great changes in spains standard of living in the months to come
however we do applaud you for being open about your concerns, and not being underhanded, because this way we can at least work out strained relations, if theres blood on either of our hands, its very much harder
