Nation Background: Ever since the Portuguese help in the 16th century helped Abyssinia defeat the Sultanate of Adal, the two countries grew closer and closer together. This was particularily helped by the Jesuit Pedro Paez and his disciple, the Abyssinian emperor Susenyos, who helped convert much of Abyssinia to Roman Catholicism. Portuguese assistance helped defeat Monophysite rebellions; in exchange, the Abyssinians entered conflict with the pro-Turkish Sultanate of Sennar, though it was mostly limited to border battles and minor raids done by both sides, thus far.

im joining as this this empire

Hi! But doesn't someone (Wubba) already play as it? I'll check.

Hmm, I seem to be wrong. Welcome to NESing countalorkrin!

Deadline has passed, but I still haven't any orders from:
- Swissempire;
- Insane_Panda;
- Finmaster;
- IceEye;
- tommy_toon.

It is of interest that two of these players play great - even vital - powers, though one of them has only now joined in as Spain. I am aware of Panda's problems, yes, but he better send in an order set, how ever basic and primitive, or I will be forced to NPC him and others who failed to send orders, or, alternatively, delay the update by one day but I'd really hate to do that and even if it is so I will NOT allow those who already sent orders to alter anything as I'd like to start to work on some parts of it, at least.
Uhh.. I prolly should've awaited until after the update before taking Spain, because I have no or very little idea of the current geopolitical situation (all I know is Spain is losing to France lol) and its thus very hard for me to write orders.. :(

Could it be possible for Spain to be NPC'd this turn? Or if not, then I suppose I won't be taking it. Darnit, I really would like to play in this one :/

Ah forget it, I'm not joining, I just know too little. I might after the update though if no1 else joins. If only I could've been playing from the beginning.. :(

Wubba is playing Abyssinia Im pretty sure...

You too, Symphony. I assume you're not attacking Spain. ;) Then again, Japan and Russia's colors are very similar...
No clue what you're talking about. Gold is a hard color to contrast against. Cross ocean attacks are so bothersome too. And if I were attacking, what would it matter if you knew since you can't change orders at this point? And that's quite a comment coming from the most amazingly overconfident player on these forums. :p

Also: DEATH TO THOSE WHO SENT ORDERS LATE. Everybody but Panda has no excuse. Hope you all rot.

All we need now is IceEye and TommyToon. As soon as at least one of them sends orders, or as soon as the Deadline comes, I will commence the update.

They aren't critical orders.... :rolleyes:

Like has been said by Symphony, no one but Panda has an excuse for late orders. Kill them all! :evil:

thanks for the welcome.. lord iggy and others..just wanted to know.. is there someone who is already playing as abyssinia.. or it is free

Yes how dare they delay the update....Oh and Bannalee if you reblled in Mughal Empire you failed theres no way you secceded.

You mean succeeded. That sounded more like seceded...which would also be a rebel's objective. ;)

So it doesn't really matter because they both make sense. So wahtever....

They aren't critical orders....

Or so you think. ;)

Abyssinia has been taken by Wubba360 a few days ago.

Well, everyone, let us all hope that the rest of it is being worked on, and that once the deadline rolls around in a little while, it might still be up today. You can always hope for miracles... :(
