NES2 VI - Last Semblance of Order.

The missionary stood in the hot sun. He hel around his neck rosary beads and the holy cross that his lord had died upon. He was old and wise. He had long seen conflicts come and go and had often wondered why. Why could this happen? But his faith never wavered.

This day however, there were no war cries. No men crying out in pain asking the father to allow God to forgive his sins. It was sad to see young men with such potential be torn to bits by bullets.

Today he clutched his bible close to his heart. Today he would full fill his destiny. He never aspired to be a general, atleast not of armed men. He though was in charge of another type of army. An army of God. A army of men meant to let Africa see and accept Jesus. The late Zulu emperor had also done so. But, he challenged his overseers and found death. Atleast their was hope they could be civilized. Portugal was just in bringing their order.

Now the missionaries mission was to civilize central Africa and hopefully bring them into the open arms of Abyssania. The man's name was Meles Zenawi. He was proud and loved his ruler.

His people were a chosen people. Descendants of the Queen of Shiba they were chosen by God. Meles Zenawi mission was to show Africa the true path in hope maybe they could unify under Abyssania.

He rode on into the sunset. The tribe was a few miles away he could get there in a few hours and talk to them. Maybe convince them. The mysteries of the Savior were hard to resist. Only time could tell for the missionary.

I. Am. Appalled. To think that I wouldn't lead China through a thousand years of peace, each passing century more glorious than the last... ;)

*cough* *cough* *cough* I must say I don't have that much confidence then you ;) Send orders for symphony's nes!

Cobbling together my orders. They will be in sometime before the deadline, at least.

Panda, do try to send orders before the deadline, because if all the other great powers will send orders I probably won't make an extension just for one.

OOC: Orders Sent. Victory Operation (Shogo) is Green. :salute: And now, having been awake somewhere over 32 hours, I go to lay down. Sorry for the lack of colors in the map, das, but it's very hard to get a color to stand out against that particular nation color.

Deadline has passed, but I still haven't any orders from:
- Swissempire;
- Insane_Panda;
- Finmaster;
- IceEye;
- tommy_toon.

It is of interest that two of these players play great - even vital - powers, though one of them has only now joined in as Spain. I am aware of Panda's problems, yes, but he better send in an order set, how ever basic and primitive, or I will be forced to NPC him and others who failed to send orders, or, alternatively, delay the update by one day but I'd really hate to do that and even if it is so I will NOT allow those who already sent orders to alter anything as I'd like to start to work on some parts of it, at least.

"Kriget förklarat mellan Ryssland-Litauen-Rumänien Unionen och Krakov..." "Rysslands front på Balkanien nedslagen..." - As Palmén read the newspaper headlines his hands tightened on the paper, so that once he had read both big headlines the paper was nothing but a scrubbly lump of paper.

He tossed the paper aside and a great sigh filled the entire palace room.

From the window he could see to the spring time Turku, and to think that the city had been under the command of Stockholm just a few years back. Now, Finland was free and between the fighting sides of Krakow and Russia-Liethuania-Romania. He had already made a statement concerning the war.

"And to think that Moscow expected us to fight aswell!" "What insolence." - He thought to himself. His new state was in no shape to fight nor did they even want to even if they were.

"What are you thinking, sir?" - his adjutant asked him, the man was quite old, he had seen the quick decimation of the once mighty Swedish nation. And as a Finn-Swede he had switched sides as soon as it was possible.

The king pointed to the lump of paper that he had thrown away. The adjutant picked it up and read the headlines. All other headlines he read silenty, with the exception to one; "Finland förklarade sin neutralitet." - as the adjutant read this, he lifted his head to face the king.

"Did this convince them, sir?" - The adjutant asked with relative calm.

The king lifted his head. "It better have, we are in no shape for an armed conflict and our people have no want for war. If it didn't then we shall fight to the last for our freedom."

"Which do you suspect to attack us? Russia or Krakow?" - The adjutant asked raising his eyebrow.

"Both of them. In either case, we are hoping for a diplomatical solution if it comes to that."

The adjutant knew the answer before it even came from the king's lips. The king had established himself as more of a peaceful builder and diplomat wishing for peace, the breakout from Sweden was the only move of war he had ever planned to do. And that was the only possible solution in the king's mind, either rebellion or risk being annexed into Russia during the coalition attack aginst Sweden. There was no choice left.

Well technically, without the orders that I still didn't get it will be practically impossible to do a large portion of Western Europe and the Atlantic Ocean, so I'll have to do the one-day extension after all. But I remind you once more - no changing your orders after this, as I hope to do the domestic part done tommorow at least!

:eek: Das, i'm so sorry, i could've sworn i sent orders. Well, orders coming NOW

Hey, stalin...want to show us those vital orders now, since the East can't change them?

Hey, das, how's everyone taking the basilissa?

What about my amazing grasp of the Greek language? :lol:

No, he is not, and my plans will change accordingly. Also, to the most glorious leader of Krakow, whoever it is today, do you have msn?

Some nations need to be more guarded about their ambitions.

You too, Symphony. I assume you're not attacking Spain. ;) Then again, Japan and Russia's colors are very similar...
