(where's the proper place to introduce oneself here?)
but anyway, hi! I've recently wanted to try out NESing as a way to kill some spare time (when I get it, heh.) That won't be for some time, but I guess I'll introduce myself now and NES later.
Right, but whereas it was none of your business because that circumstance is not yet at an important temporal junction, the important point of this temporal junction has already passed; if you'll notice, Japanrocks12 has disappeared never to be seen again, and currently inhabits OT.
Thus, your comments here were totally pointless, instead of that other circumstance where they were merely unwanted attention.
Due to the more flavored NESes, such as LifeNES and the advanced fresh start, like PureNES, I think those types of NESes deserve a section in the Guide.
1. Don't be like sp1023 or Charles Li. (Don't spam)
2. Check out the Show me your orders thread to improve your order format and orders in general.
3. Conduct diplomacy and play your nation realistically.
4. Ask the moderator the general situation for your nation. Most of them would oblige, though maybe not happily if its a major nation.
5. Don't be a suck-up to the moderator/other players, but don't be cocky either. Try to play as you would be like in a formal occasion. Listen to others. Be agreeable. Be independent.
All of the important stuff is on the front page, at least. However, I see that you're right, as I don't think that Abaddon's idea is really going to take off.
