@Aldebaran1997 None of the standalone mods is integrated into VP, if that is what you are asking. Only gold and invested buttons in production queue are repeated because I developed them first for VP and then started to work on ICV using VP as base.

We’re trying to identify if the problem is in VP itself or related to other mods. The working theory is memory issues caused by lots of mods and/or big maps. So, it would be best if this would be a clean VP install, with no other mods enabled (no RAS, FlagPromos, InfoAddict, etc.) running standard game.

The other aspect could be number of turns. The longer you play, the more memory is used. If you restart the game, the memory is cleared and you can play more. As a consequence, problems could be more frequent in late game which is memory heavy by default, then in early game.
My hangs only started in last two versions(this version and previous). On 1-14 version I really don't shut down games for 3 days(so no reload at all!) and play till ¬2030 year on epic speed on a huge continents two times. That two games was fast with no lagging or slowing. Only my change was from that versions to current that I added Naval Enhanced mod - but I think the problem is somewhere in VP. But I am sure that this will be fixed soon, and we all together feel happy again :grouphug:

I didn't encounter the barbarian "freeze" problem till recently (1/26). As, I found that any CTD in past versions was due to having large resource mods loaded.

What can be deduced from the AI always chooses Mastery as the first religion belief in the game in 7 out of 8 games. (The eighth time I was the first to choose Mastery.)

Is this because founders tend to have a vested interest in specialists, and are therefore making a good decision, or because of a bug?

In other words, logs?

Nothing without logs...
I dont need any logs to see the AI picking every time Mastery first. And it started this way, after the Mastery belief gets the GAP in addition to its normal effect.
I extremly rarely play large maps, so I only see 3 or 4 religions founded every game, but if I see everytime Mastery first and never one of the pure yield beliefs picked, theres (atleast for me) something wrong with the belief balance.

Dude. YOU don’t need logs. I do. Also if you think it is a bug send it to github.

I just got the second religion in my game, and picked Mastery, on BITM's recommendation.
But that's impossible because the AI ALWAYS picks Mastery first! Not sometimes, ALWAYS.

Undeniable proof:
