I've played 3 games on it so far. The one consistent thing I'm getting is Leaders who send hateful messages to you, while being super friendly with you.

Have you build city's near them or broke a pact to not build? Spread religion? I have a friend AI who declare war becuz I did both of this.

I have reinstalled and unfortunately it's stilt there, I do not have any other mods other than vox populi, I started a new game too. I have everything turned on in mod management except EUI compatibility, could some of these mods be at conflict? I figured they wouldn't since they are from one pack.

I reinstalled the "without EUI" version, and it works now

It's really, really confusing. I doubt that anyone without your help would catch up with that.
what about:
Colonialism: Percentage-based Global Monopoly modifiers gain an additional +10% bonus; Happiness and Local Global Monopoly modifiers gain an additional +3 bonus.

Much better. But what about:
Code:
Each currently applied percentage-based Global Monopoly modifier gains an additional +10% bonus, and Happiness and any other Global Monopoly modifier gains an additional +3 bonus.
This Local Global Monopoly was a funny construction :)

does not do what you want it to do and is awkward anyway. I don't think it's necessary.
Code:
Each unique Global Monopoly modifier is increased by an additional 10% if it's percentage-based, or +3 otherwise.

I think it is much more clear that the base one. I don't know like other users understand this, but for me your last suggestion is good.

You have to enable all of the components for the version you download.

Two weird things:
Units cant promote if they have 0 movement.
I've yet to capture a single great work through conquer.

I reinstalled the version without EUI, and it's ok now, the reason I didn't enable all components is that enabling EUI would throw up errors and mess up the UI in general. Thanks for answers, though. Great mod, it made civ 5 what it always should be.

For more descriptions like this, specially for simple players/users w out tech/code skills

Very unlikely this will happen. AI know to move their GWs out of the city before they lose it.

Usually I get some when the AI have few cities left but gonna test full extermination of maya and see if its consistent.

None of those things are new. The XP thing has been like that forever as far as I can recall. The AI have been good at moving great works around to, you either have to squeeze them so they have no place to move or rush and capture so fast they cant move them.

Yes I got some on the two last Maya cities, AI is definitely better at moving them compared to just a few versions back.
I've never seen that xp feature before, I've always been able to promote.
