You can move whatever you want from Vox Populi into CP, but we can’t possibly predict what VP features certain people want or don’t want. Why can't CP - only players have the new resources (maize and rice) in their games? Is it so difficult to move them into the core?
Mod conflict?Came back to VP after a long long break. Apparently somethings happened and all of my game with VP there's no resource whatsoever.
I tried reinstall both the game and VP but it didn't help. Normal game without mod still works like usual.
Anyone know how can I fix it ?
Thanks a lot for the quick reply. You can move whatever you want from Vox Populi into CP, but we can’t possibly predict what VP features certain people want or don’t want.
Do you have the modmod I linked in the first page? You need to click on the target tile after pressing X, that'll give a group move order.may anybody explain me how the group movement works ?
I push X but nothing is happening
That depends on difficulty, though. Try a lower one.Coming back from Humankind/Endless legend really reminded me of how terrible warmonging in VP is.
Even historically you only need x3 enemy's force to siege, and x10 to out right attack a fully fortified location. Here you need x10 enemy force over a long period to grind down 1 city, even if they don't pump out reinforcement. Kept having to cheese the AI by baiting/killing units and pillaging to rack up ww for a better truce deal instead of actually doing the conquering.
I agree but not to much is left for us to do with it, as this is what game engine allows.Coming back from Humankind/Endless legend really reminded me of how terrible warmonging in VP is.

I recommend using bal's reduced supply and weaker cities modmod (you can find it in the Mods Repository section). It's not about difficulty though. I'm just talking about low reward/effort playing aggressively. I can still win wars, but for all the effort to get there it's better to just play peacefully and gain a lot more.
Also just feel unnecessarily cheesy when AI can just forward settle you and throw in 1 unit to garrison with wall, and you either have to invest 10 times the effort to take over/get rid of that city, or just bit the bullet and go back to building tall.
And if you ever try to do the same to them the AI would definitely willing to stay forever in last place just to drag you along.
