No Jeffrey Epstein Thread?

So Christianity started as a conspiracy theory!

That COULD be said about ALL major religions in the world - FROM A CERTAIN POINT OF VIEW...

In fairness, Christianity began with a bunch of dudes insisting that Jesus didn't really die,...
Not actually. The foundation of Christianity is that Jesus did actually die and was then resurrected. The death was real. You are just questioning his resurrection.

And the Jewish Theocrats of Judea - the Pharisees - at the time were not at all fond of Christ, and considered him a heretic, an apostate, a blasphemer, and a cult-builder. Pontius Pilat, the Roman Proconsul of Judea, just thought he was a charismatic demagogue building a possible anti-Imperial rebellion.

Will be interesting to see how the Bbc will handle the interview with one of the women accusing prince Andrew of taking part in the pedophile ring.
Not surprisingly, Scotland Yard say they will not re-open the investigation they dismissed due to reasons.

It's my understand that it is not entirely clear what the early Christians thought happened between Friday and Sunday, and it's likely that there was some disagreement. Enough Christians were still arguing about this after hundreds of years that I'd be far from comfortable simply taking fourth century orthodoxy as a guide to early Christianity.

Current thinking has the gospels and letters of Paul all written by the end of the first Century. The New Testament speaks of Jesus's death and resurrection. Once the early church fathers show up and begin to formalize Christian thinking, things begin to go in all kinds of really interesting directions.

Jusitn Martyr b ~100
Irenaeus b. ~135
Origen b. ~185

From the second Century forward, the arguments got heated and stayed that way for a few hundred years. But if you go back to the gospels, Jesus died and was resurrected.

As soon as it looks like she has made a deal to talk to avoid long jail time.

And they were both correct, as it turned out, eh?

only if the person in question demands that the person has first rate strippers in jail (whenever the person demands) rather well known . Only then . Otherwise the verb is suicided .

I think the proper verb for that is "Epstiened."

In a sentence: When will Maxwell be Epstiened?

A classic:
