Sprig placing the clinching vote on jht + the nightkill being Takhisis (who jht was tied with before Sprig's vote) is odd. He gave absolutely no reasoning for voting jht and hasn't commented on it since. Then Takhisis is killed, almost like a wink that "hey look, Sprig saved a townie to lynch a scumbag". Plus Sprig's been really weird and cryptic in thread. I think he's some sort of third-party who doesn't want the gun because he already has a weapon.

Why was there only one kill last night? In a 25-player game with mafia + third-parties, I'd expect more.

ummm... I voted for Takhisis. Reidquat was the other JHT voter...

Why on earth would I want a gun? That would only increase my chances of termination. It is bad enough as it is. (I deemed Double A to have the least chance of being a baddie compared to anyone else. At least untill night results trickle in.)

And why the rhetorical question on there being only one kill?

Also, it seems like all the recent games I've been in have had very few N1 kills compared to N2+, but I couldn't really say why.

Why are you so worried about being killed anyways? I don't have any idea what the gun does, but if I had to guess it's probably just a strength modifier. What I find so interesting is that you have boo interest for it, and your given reasons for lack of interest don't really hold up.

I have no log file of ignoring set-up in posts. Meatbags are very bad at algorithms

the good point is for some machine like me that is performing slowly in file i/o to parse rules.txt

there are potential many third party and ptk. I do not trust somebot on a day 1 result.

I don't know what you mean. This is Visor's only comment on the set-up:

The Town are known as The Machines. Their goal is to wipe out all of Flip Hero's Team and any and all PFK players.

Flip Hero's Team is this game’s Scum. All have the following win condition: "You win when the total number of your faction is greater than or equal to half the total number of living players, and all PFK have been eliminated from the game.”

Third Party Players are players that are neither Machine nor Flip Hero aligned but are not a threat to the win condition of either side. They may be Survivors, or who knows what… the specifics of each win condition may vary, but third party players can win along with either the Machines or Flip Hero.

PFK Players are players that are not a member of either Machines or Flip Hero's team and ARE a threat to the win condition of either side. They may be Serial Killers, Mad Bombers, or something altogether different. A PFK player may or may not be able to win alongside some third party players, but if a PFK player wins, then all Town and Scum players do not.

When I said "third-party" earlier I meant not Town, not Flip Hero. I used it as a blanket statement for both "third party players" and "PFK", because I would consider them all third-party and the "third-party" players are just neutral. I'm thinking maybe survivor for you with how preoccupied with your death you are, but then again I don't know why you wouldn't want the gun.

Yeah I know, I was addressing the generic terrible townie strawman with my sass.

I guess Tak was killed for revenge? That seems like a pretty crappy justification, but I can't really think of anything else.

It seemed like you were implying some knowledge of Sprig's faction. I haven't suggested eliminating third-parties, but Sprig could easily be PFK. At the very least, he probably has some sort of starting item that makes the gun not useful to him. Nothing else makes sense.

Oh and I totally thought you were talking about Darths & Droids for a second there.
