Looks like atpg would be a heckuva captain. I betch y'all'll see them sabbytures and traitors keelhauled and walkin the plank under his leadership.

Winston Hughes, he been actin mighty creepy and now he wants a revolver. If'n we don't kill him my poopdeck'd feel a lot safer with him there in the brig.

Petty Officer 1st Class Nick Sailor looked around. The crew looked alright, better than she did. He was worried about her, though her wounds were not fatal, they surely hindered her. He was also afraid she would get in to one of her bad moods again. He had experienced it before. For days she wouldn't respond or would get angry without clear reason. She would need a good leader one that would get her home. He would take care of her the best he could. He loved her and would never want her to come to any harm. *KRGHM* He heard her agony.
"Soon my love, I just need the key to your heart."

A revolver, it should go to the captain but who to choose. It should be a woman, a man wouldn't understand her.
"I vote Renata as captain and for the revolver."

Mr. Nick, do you require some sort of medication for that mental issue?...

I do believe Autolycus should get the key, not yours truly. What can I say, the man's persuasive.

Duke Blackstone seems capable as a Captain. Autolycus can have the key. As anyone see that apprentice Ekolite around? It seems awfully suspicious to not be present at a time like this.

As for the revolver, I have to admit that despite my rank, I seem to lack any sort of means of self-defence. Therefore, I think it is in the best interest for me to take the revolver."

"On the other hand, for the post of Captain, I believe there are only two suitable persons to consider, the two current Commanders, Methos and myself. I believe there should be unity about this, which is why I gladly concede the post to Methos. Whitover trusted him and I have no reason not to."

ATPG for Captain. Why? Because I'm sick of having a captain who's not insane. We need an insane captain to lead all of us insane people to victory!

The Seaman pauses to take some medication.

And... uh... Renata can have the key, and Methos the revolver.

I'm willing to support our fine commander Methos as captain. And I think it'd make sense if we gave him the revolver as well (Methos). From what happened to Whitower, seems the captain might need some protecting. I don't know who to give the master key to, though. Who knows what would happen if it fell into the wrong hands? And it seems that TheLastOne36 hasn't reported for duty yet. If you're not with us, you're against us.

I find it strange how many want Renata to have the key, when she thinks I am trustworthy with it. Since many have asked, here is my proposal, since I don't think our late captain would want me to give access to more than one person at a time (OOC: I asked BL, and he said only unlock for one person at a given time). I will announce at noon each day where I will be exploring. I will then take public opinions of who I should allow in with me. Shortly before nightfall (about 12:40 EST) I will make a post with my count of who the most popular candidate is. I will break any ties. Tonight, I will be exploring the Pump Room, if I am given the key.

 

[Diamondeye]

"Autolycus, you mentioned that you could repair things - that's a fine reason for wanting the key. Can you repair the Apache helicopter?"

I think Renata should have the Master Key.

I think Secura should have the Revolver.

I think I should be the captain. Yarr...

Diamondeye should be the captain, he's gained many skills as Commander, so too as Methos, but Diamondeye has always been a good friend, a noble ally and a fine baker!

Methos may have the Master Key however, I know he will use it well.

Oh really, you're a repairman? Ain't fracking nobody but me whose been apparently concerned about the health of this ship and now you come along wanting the master key?

Diamondeye I suppose my have the captainship; he is one of the highest ranking officers here. But I hope promotions 'round here are based on the merit of their works; let's see if Autolycus isn't a fracking slacking slacker but helps me with some repairs.
