Actually they weren't included in the original treaty. Plus Japan is still researching biplane technology. We are many years away from being able to build squadrons of bombers and fighters.

I agree with Lord_Iggy. There is no reason to extend the deadline. This year should be looked at as an organizing year for the LoN

The only reason why UCSA supported the Imperial China was because they were attacked by communists, and gave economic aids to repel communist influences. If their economy improves, and standard of living, then they'll no longer be interested in communism.

Basically after the joint American-Russian military forces kicked the Communists out of Imperial China, [the Communists] decided to go bug you instead.

Why would America and Russia go to such long lengths to do such a thing? Well, for one, they have massive investments in Imperial China. Another one would be... well that's a secret. Right Silvara Thirrol?
