It is pleasant to see that peace once more reigns in Africa, and hope that all our dealings with you remain as prosperous.
We also wish to discuss the lands that were formally rebelling from you. some are advisers are pointing out the economic advantages access to the sea would grant our nation, and have conducted several poles in the pacified area, showing that indeed their is a sediment that the area in question would prefer to remain under our control then return to yours.
while I condemn the advisers in question for overstepping their authority in conducting this pole, they do make some good point. So I am going to make you and offer for the lands we suppressed for you. we will pay a total of 10 IC to be paid to you over the next three years for this land. If you include the land the Boer's republic freed of the unjust rule of the rebellion, we will increase the payment to 16 IC to be paid over four years. this represents the majority of our income for the next few years, including the ares we would acquire from you.
while you debate the issue and decide a course, we will continue assisting your forces in the area to return it to your control, and will only begin plans to establish permanent control of the area if you do accept.
We hope all our dealings with you are as profitable and stability generating as this one, and wish you much luck in all your endeavors.

If this is true, Great Britain takes the offer back. The Treaty of Hiroshima stays until Japan proves to us that they are not in the Axis Alliance.
Remember, British people also live in the lowlands and since the conversion from Commonwealth to independence nation you still had some British advisors in government positions. Better be careful especially when the British are right next door and messages cross easier.
