Our intellegence officers are not bad, they just got the information that you were being asked to join so Britain took the necessary steps to counter this. Then our diplomatic officers recieved word that you turned them down following our declaration of leaving the treaty as it is. So thus stands a dilemma, But it was easily resolved by our foriegn officers when they said the following:

"Since they (Japan) are not involved in any wars right now we have decided to ask you to leave the treaty as it is now."

It is essentially the part of the Treaty of Washington that limits Japan military. Except that an expiration date for the military caps is set.

Treaty of Hiroshima

Whereas the treaty of Washington is annulled, the Republic Japan agrees to maintain a military cap of 15 infantry divisions , 2 heavy cruisers and 10 destroyers until January 1, 1931. During this same time period, The Republic Japan is prohibited from building tanks, battleships, or submarines.

I guess I am confused.... are we talking about Oregon County or an South American nation?

I agreed to split Oregon County and give them to the respective nations, Washington State to UCSA and Vancouver to Canada. Did that not happen?


EDITED: Ahh, I went back to my sent orders and looked at it. Then I remembered that my orders were rushed, so I did not include any of the land transfers. I guess Nuke relied on other nations orders for the transfer. But still UCSA should have only recieved Southern Oregon County. If Nuke agrees to edit this slight error, I will give it to you (HMS Vanguard) but if he does not we will give you money in exchange. (10 IC)
