Ok. I would actually like to point something out into the attention of all.

Some of us have been playing very OOC. You are playing as your * character. That is who you are. So say The Lowlands wants to annex France, and they offer to give up their monarchy (cough, cough), that is OOC. If you would like, you can put in a separate section (Like after the orders in a spoiler) you could try to say what your actions are trying to be, but I really want to stop all this OOC.

So, as of now, all auctions of any kind must be approved by me, via pm or in the thread.

I do have a form of a military cap. Maybe a good one would be "you cannot have more Infantry/Tanks than twice your max IC, or something
