I am not sure what you mean by the JU-88.
I have altered the rules.txt quite much since we launched this first playtest. Therefore there can be some unexplained events going on. Every nation have some techs that cancels other techs, though since I have altered these, some units maybe can't be build, because the pre-tech has changed. And since the new changes in the scenario file doesn't have effect before a new game is started, every player can experience production problems. For instance as the USSR I can build many of the German units, only because the pre-techs have changed. Hope this doesn't make to much of a nuisance to you all.

So it is your opinion that the German "partisans" makes the game too unfair? Well, its a rule that can be changed, but I put it into the game because I though that Germany would be thoughest to play, and therefore needed some extra boost to make em harder to beat.

You have placed the JU-88 tech in the communism slot, thus making wehrmacht divisons appear (which is in the partisan slot in the units file) whenever the Germans loose a city.
It's not a major bug, it's just bloody annoying and unrealistic, since the wehmacht divisons are somewhat hard to destroy by the land forces Britain has.
When you play vanilla civ the communism tech makes partisans appear when a city is captured.

Hmmm.... We wouldn't want you to end the war without me. It'll still take some while to carry my troops across the big atlantic ocean... -I can assure you there won't be a german soldier able to withstand the arsenal of american democracy, once we actually get there.
