In the Spanish spoken in Spain, the letter "z" is called "theta"....there's already another letter for theta! The word "zee/zed/zete/whatever" comes from the greek letter ZETA, not THETA.

I use "zeta" but find "theta" better for when I have to know if the word is spelled with a "z" or a "s" since they both sound so alike.
