Welcome to the Canadian Province and Territory Elimination game!!!
1. Quote the whole list. In spoilers until we get down some.
2. One turn every 24 hours.
3. Add +1 to one Province, subtract -2 to another.
4. The Province you bump up, bold and colour GREEN, as well as writing (+1) next to them.
5. The Province you knock down, bold and colour RED as well as writing (-2) next to them.
7. Once we get down to 5 provinces left, it goes into sudden death, and there is no bumping up any more.
