Oh lord, this stresses me out and I'm not even affected by it at all.Roommate is having three people stay for a week "or so." I was informed of this approximately ten minutes before their arrival.

I think @MaryKB just won the thread. Ever since I've been following the Rant threads, I don't think I've seen such a perfectly random example, and I have no idea what it's about. The Full House was a horcrux, and also a Room of Requirement.
[etc.]
But aren't you the primary tenant, i.e. Don't you get final say on this, given that it's your name on the lease, and hence your responsibility if anything goes south? Or am I mis-remembering?Roommate is having three people stay for a week "or so." I was informed of this approximately ten minutes before their arrival.

It looks like the fault that caused Boeing's Starliner space capsule to fail to get to the ISS was that it did not properly clock sync between all the subsystems. I hope my programming friends realize how monumentally dumb this is. Arguably worse than Lockheed cratering a lander on Mars because they used the wrong units in calculations since clock sync is such a basic, central computer function.
It turns out if it is Boeing, you're not going.
(playing off their stupid slogan, If it's not Boeing, I'm not going)
Nothing. My right seems to get colder because it is "glued" to the mouse most of the time. My left hand is cold too, but not as cold. What do you wear on your other hand?
....Are you drinking?
