downloading a 900 mb (Bringandine Grand Edition, with English patch) ps1 rom on my chrome browser (should have use downloader), I already play a round of 10 min chess, staring at cfc forum and refreshing it several time, and still it's not over yet.

Response to memorial portrait was really underwhelming compared to how expressive the person is. Well, oh well.

Rant: I hate Parkinson's.

Rant: My mother dropped food on a dirty floor and called me a selfish prick because I didn't want to eat it.

Another New Years reminds me that as a Californian I am always among the last to know.

Egart (Bernie) will win in 2020 because he dances and gets slapped in the butt. But it'll depend on if he gets cheated out of the nomination like last time, and we end up getting McGuire (Trump) against the weak democrats in the Phony Pete Buttslap, Sleepy sniffy Uncle Joe or the always throwable and fake native Elizabeth Warren; who would all get beaten badly in a debate against Trump and in the midwest states that the Dems need to win back in order to win. It's so hard to take those three seriously when they're against medicare for all and take money from billionaires to do their bidding. It's like Egart said "Joe is at 41, Pete you have 39, you're falling behind Pete" How does a small town mayor get 39 billionaires on his side. Golly what a shill. I think Jordan Peterson dressed in gangster clothing and talking about how banning snowball fights is ruining a generation of men is the most ironic thing seeing the cult movement of lost people he has created; can be taken more seriously than anything Pete and Joe have to say. I'd rather listen to the moronic ramblings of Peterson and the Peterson cultists than anything Biden and Mayor Pete have to say. There's no chance for medicare for all and ending wars if it's not a buttslapping presidency in Bernie Sanders.

Unless you get Bloomberg vs. Trump. Then you're really screwed.

Almost midday here and the sky is Orange.

Air has a burnt smell.

Bush fires in Aussie. I live on the east coast of NZ though.

It's a terrible situation!

It's scary as fugg

One unit per tile is the worst idea in civ history. If it’s back for civ vii it’ll be the downfall of the franchise
Mountains block you because of it, especially when the mountains only allow for one unit to walk in between in order to get to an opponents city. When corps are formed it’s like the units finally thought, hmm well what do you know we can stand beside each other. Makes it so difficult to bombard , give me stack of doom and bombard all at once any day of the week. Worst is getting blocked by scout or missionary

My hair is still stupid short in a lot of spots and also my sinuses are misbehaving, might have to get meds for them it's bad, affecting my appetite severely

Edit: much bigger rant at the moment is that I cannot sleep. Went to bed around 1115, unconscious shortly past midnight, then up after 1am and now it's been an additional 2.5 hours not sleeping

I coughed so hard while going to the restroom that I ended up throwing up while seated on the toilet doing other business. Like @cardgame, I've been getting some absolutely garbage sleep the last few days as well. :(

At least I'm feeling better though.

That sounds horribly unpleasant.

She's still important to me :dunno:.

Yeah, she's better, and they had a couple of fights over the last days, that's why the alcohol. She said she normally doesn't drink, that's why it hit her so hard.
And for the imminent threat... he must have said in one of the heated discussions via text that he'll report her to the immigration services. Later during a therapy session he must have admitted that he didn't mean it, but only said it in the heat of the moment to hurt her.
The first part, that's as far as a threat can go here without being actually physically violent.

It's not exactly the same thought. This was more properly thought through a few months ago, when the initial problem came up, so I have an idea what options there are.
I did some research yesterday night, there might have been something overlooked in the visa case, maybe that'll fix it.

So, right now I'm sober again, but my judgement hasn't really changed.
Would also be all easier if I didn't leave the country, but there's no backing out on that one, definitely.

EDIT: Also the o letter on this keyboard seems to be not functioning properly, I'm often getting double Os.
I wonder if @Synsensa 's keyboard (right?, was you?) is spreading it's disease out ^^.
I thought of something else @The_J -

If her current fake husband has already threatened to report her after a regular fight, how do you think he's going to react when she leaves him and instantly fake-marries her ex-boyfriend? He will ruin you.

I had to assemble a desk chair. Would have been done in about 30 minutes, but no, the instruction manual assumed I have three or four arms, so I had to spend an extra 90 minutes trying to figure out how the hell to fit the pieces together with the normal human complement.

I saw a picture taken from a webcam in Sydney. I thought it had glitched out somehow because it was just solid grey. No, that's what it actually looked like.
