I've got a stupid twitch and can't think and focus until it's gone. One problem, I have no idea how to make it go away. Last time I had it it only went away after a week.

Go out for a walk, do some light exercise or simply get up and move around. All of those should be useful at some point or another.

Yeah, my mom keeps telling me to go on more walks, no matter what's wrong with me. "I have a cough" - "Go on more walks", "I have a headache" - "Go on more walks", "I'm tired" - "Go on more walks", "I ran out of cheese" - "Go on more walks". I swear it's her solution to everything.

But yeah, maybe I sit too much every day, you're right.
