In case you don't know yet, I live in the great city of Buenos Aires, in the Impopular Irrepublic of Argentina, where the government first embraced flat-earth theories and said the virus ’wouldn't get here!’ and then changed tactics and said ‘SHUTDOWN!’ and it's still in force.

Actually you can get arrested for walking a dog. I sometimes would employ the method (suggested by users here from the former Soviet Union) of taking a shopping bag, but then I just remembered that there's this thing called habeas corpus.

I'm in the City of Buenos Aires itself, which is more or less civilised. Right over the unmakred border the Province of Buenos Aires sends helicopters after Olympic rowers who are out in the middle of the river and things like that.
