It's sad indeed, but all major conflict will have it's corresponding propagandawar (from both sides) running along with it.
I don't see Israeli children running up to masked terrorists at the behest of their parents. If nothing else, it suggests a quite difference between how the two would react.
Besides, that video shows just one of many reactions israeli soldiers have to protesting children.
Yours doesn't show the context. Palestinian children do things like run into forbidden areas to provoke soldiers, or set fires around settlements- in which case they really need to be arrested. Did the guy in your video just feel like wrestling with a kid that day?
In my video, it's obvious that the parents were hoping for the soldiers to react aggressively towards children that they themselves put there.
