I think he did say ‘fallen out’ rather than ‘fallen in’.

:cringe:

Ah...fallen out of its place in the tooth and into his mouth. From there it could go out into his hand or the floor, or it could go further in via the throat. :p

*Mulder voice* Traitorfish being Traitorfish, maybe we shall never know.

So if Takhisis is Mulder and Traitorfish is The Cigarette Smoking Man, that means Traitorfish is Tak's father, right?
He's certainly my evil mentor.

FU Bezos, I'm never getting an Amazon account.

Bezos is stepping down as CEO; he doesn't care. :p

He still profits from it and has set this monster in motion.

I should really stay out of YouTube arguments... there are idiots on one of the Handmaid's Tale review channels who can't count to 9 months (as in the gestation period for a human baby) and idiots on a Dune channel who whine that they're confused by "I am Chani, daughter of Liet" and complain that they can't figure out if Chani and Liet-Kynes are related (the Dune movie coming out later this year did a gender swap with the character of Liet-Kynes for basically no reason that makes any sense).

During the pandemic, ads faded away from YouTube. :) Now they're back. :( Big time. I've seen as many as five ads preceding a 1 1/2 minute video. :wallbash:

It's only gonna get worse. According to their updated TOS they're reserving the right to monetize any video they see fit, regardless of Partner status.

ABP for YouTube + uBlock did the trick for me (ABP alone wasn't enough). Depending on which browser you use, there may be more options as well.

What nobody online realizes is that if ads intrude on what I'm trying to read or watch, I will be very certain NOT to buy whatever it is they're selling.

Once upon a time many years ago, before ABP, the Cheezburger site used to have ads that were relevant to cat owners. As time went by, they became less relevant, and several site owners later with most of the builders not working and the other two only working at a very basic level and the owners ignoring customer service tickets, they begged us to turn off our ad blockers. We said a collective NO, not unless you fix the builders, fix the comments, stop putting offsite captioned lolpics on the home page instead of content that their own members created, stop allowing depictions of animal abuse (ie. cats stuffed into appliances or plastic bags), and so on...

Well, they didn't meet any of those conditions, so ABP remains on.

Using an adblocker extension tailored for YouTube vids did the trick for me when I installed it on FireFox.
