My mom just gave me the most retarted lecture ever... She asked me, if I play 2 hours of video games at a time, why don't I do 3 hours of homework at a time? Hello? Anyone home? Video games are actually able to be played more than 1 hour without getting bored. Homework, on the other hand is boring and dull. How anyone could possibly do more than 30 minutes of homework at a time is beyond me. If I'm gonna fail 9th grade cause of that attitude, too fricking bad. Let me fail.

You say that as if they shouldn't?
no, they shouldnt. freak accident. nobodies fault. who DO they sue? the helmetmaker? the school? the other team? the two players? none of those make sense because nobody is at fault here. it was an accident, but in a game where tackling is part of the game and everyone knows the risk.
how is it beneficial to THEM to sue? how is it beneficial to anyone?
were the safety features inadequate? if so, I can understand it. but it sounds as though it was a normal football game, with normal equipment, etc.
I was just really mad and needed to vent. The essence of a rant, no?
If the other team's players acted recklessly, or out of the spirit of the game, to cause it, they have a good enough reason to sue.
Five Virtual Bucks says his family sues somebody over that.![]()
What's wrong with you? This 14 year-old kid is DEAD and all you can do is "preemptively" roll eyes at his family?![]()
