I just took out a massive loan in SimCity4 for $80,000 to build an extensive railroad system in this mountain town because the people were whining about it taking too long to get to work. Now that the place is fully tracked and I have the massive interest to pay and the massive loan to pay back, no one is using the railroads, they're leaving instead, so my tax revenue is going down and I'm running a deficit!
