Not really a rant, but...but somebody is right now drying his shoes in the dryer. Only his shoes.
I thought this thing was going to explode. And seriously: For what do you dry your shoes? And only your shoes? WTH?

I have to take a chair with me on the train cross country and got yelled at by the ticket checker for doing it. I'm not really allowed to. Now I'm sitting on it in the middle of the coupe.

Then again, cross country means nothing in Denmark, it's only a few hours.

Sports shoes can be washable, can't they?

I've a pair and it says to wash them one pair at a time. So presumably you'd dry them one pair at a time.

Otherwise, perhaps, they'd get tangled up with other stuff.

I find it to be quite tasty in adequate dosages, but I witnessed what happened when someone wearing contact lenses got a spoonful of mustard in one of their eyes.

I *think* it has something to do with palettes and/or res.

The taste doesnt bother me, really, but the fact that it causes big sores in my mouth is why I don't have that.

Its possible the original file had a lower color palette and downscaling it increased the color palette and thus the bigger size. Try making the color scale go down but save it as a separate in case it looks ugly. (This happened to me before.)

Well that's just absurd. I'll see what I can do.

No because sometimes squishing together pixels of different colors can make a new color which is not in the original palette. Actually, if I'm right, if this isnt done right it can lead to nasty compression artifacts. Thats when everything goes all blotchy and ugly.

Your bad bowling gets wickets? It must be pretty good then.

All but 1 of my wickets have been caught from mishits. The other one was an LBW that bounced before halfway and was on its way back down when it hit the batsman. I also have a reputation for bowling the occasional delivery that bounces twice. It's crap, but effective.

Not quite, just right arm slow crap. It's like Mitchell Johnson's bowling, so erratic that no one knows what'll come out of my hand next, except right-handed and half as quick.
