Was wondering if I should head outside for a few minutes. Checked the temperature. 43.3C. Perhaps not.

Looks like it's only going to go up for the next hour or two. Hottest it's been in years here (i.e. at my house). I'd reconsider heading out for dinner tonight, if I hadn't already paid with a voucher.

Holy crap that's hot.

Also, it's absurd to listen to. Almost froze my toes off outside yesterday.

Well, it took probably 4 or 5 matches longer than it should've but I've finally been dropped from the 3rd XI to the 4th XI at my cricket club. Apparently an average of 6 isn't good enough as a batsman.

Statistically, I'm underbowled. I have a bowling average of 7. Course, it ignores the overall low quality of my bowling, but it gets wickets somehow.
