Random Rants XLIV: I Can't Find The Answer

Not quite, just right arm slow crap. It's like Mitchell Johnson's bowling, so erratic that no one knows what'll come out of my hand next, except right-handed and half as quick.

Slow as in spin or slow as in slow? I bowl a medium pacer, and never have trouble getting the ball to not bounce twice. And I don't have that problem when I bowl spin either.

I am too drubk to give a f*ck about this thread any more. Its the first time I'm drunk, but being able to keep most of my superior mental functions working to some extent makes me consider me just half drunk. I am half nude and I'm typing this without caring what will moda or friends say, so I consider my inhibitions nonexistant at thia point, and finding no attractice in the people around me I think I can safely say I'm asexual. I'm amazed I didn't get asleep or vomiting yet, and I will take this moment to just say I love ya TK and TF, your great guys.

I just have absolutely no control over the length I bowl. My line is typically fairly good, but the length can be anywhere from head high full toss to so short it bounces twice, and anything in between.

Have you done bowling exercises (with a cone on the pitch or whatever) and just aimed at it, etc? I assume you have because you are in a club cricket team, but doing that is a decent way of getting more accurate. Keeping your head up when you bowl and make sure you are always watching where you want the ball to land is also a good trick.

Ohhhhh, someone posted between my posts! I'm more drunk than I'd like to , but at least CFC is helping me keep my feet on the ground. If that's actually possible. Rant 1: The 5 year old android I'm using is unable to let me adblock away pony avatars like I could on the pc.

Rant 2: The discussion in the questions thread sent me into a boiling rage, partly because all of society expects everyone to do nothing less than work and work and work and work ad infinitum solely for the exclusive sake of working.

Rant 3: The battery on the android died when I was in the middle of typing rant 2, making me start all over.

Yeah, my action is good technique wise, I've done heaps of practice, I just can't get the sort of consistency I'd like after trying to become a spinner for my first few seasons of seniors. It wrecked my medium-slow seam up bowling.
