How often do you clean your computer's temporary internet files and such?

I don't, really, let mine go for about 6 months before using CCleaner, and it cleaned out about 25-30 gigs of data for me to use.

I've already used about 300gb on my drive :O

It's my data partition so the temp folder's not in there. A lot of it is (non-pornographic) video and lossless audio, though.
