Well I honestly have no idea one way or the other. If God does exist I wouldn't bet the farm on knowing anything about Him/Her/It for certain. I'm just writing for sh*ts and giggles, really.

WHY IS EVERYONE TALKING ABOUT RELIGION IN THE RAVES THREAD

Anyways I'm agnostic. A little while ago I got into an online argument with an atheist who accused me of being 'soft.' It was a little strange.

Yeah. We agnostics always get it in the neck, from both sides. But take comfort from the fact that no one else knows either.

Sorry aimee ;)

Anyways I'm agnostic. A little while ago I got into an online argument with an atheist who accused me of being 'soft.' It was a little strange.

Agnostics certainly can be "squishes" sometimes, but that's not always the reason. Sometimes people just give up and accept the fact that some questions don't appear to have firm answers. I've gotten close to this position myself, actually. We really don't have the tools we need to "ultimate things" for certain as far as I can tell.

That also brings up another interesting question: Is it automatically wrong to be "soft?"

On the other hand, I also got into this strange discussion with somebody, who, judging from the conversation, probably was something like 12.

Other Person: Are you Christian?
Me: No, I'm agnostic.
Other Person: What's agnostic?
Me: Well, in my case, it means that I believe there's no way to know if there's actually a God.
Other Person: Well, at least you're not an atheist!
Me: What's wrong with being an atheist?
(Other Person logged off then)

You may have been talking to Pope Francis. There's no way to know for sure.

On second thoughts, are you Pope Francis?

I don't think I am.

No. Because if you were you couldn't lie about it. Not being the Pope and all. ;)

But Jesuits have been known to equivocate in the past, I believe. So who knows?

I never knew how fun it was to hijack a spammer's account, and proceed to turn it into your own testing playground. (On some forums, the regulars and moderators aren't able to see the same thing. With my new toy, that is now no longer a problem. [I was too lazy to actually fill out a registration form for another account.])

Probably just unbanned it and edited the password and profile info.

Administrator control panel, change the password. Log out of my account, log in with username and new password of the spam account.

Edit: Exactly, though this spam account went dormant as soon as it visited the website, so it never got banned.

The owner gave all the moderators admin powers.

By the way, as I mentioned on the last page only to get drowned out by the religion, this is a pretty fun little game:
