If I were to point out all of the bigoted things Margaret Sanger said (from her official writings with links) against the Aborigines, African Americans, immigrants, the mentally challenged, the children who have cancer and cerebral palsy, those children who have parents who are criminals, schizophrenics, anyone in mental institutions are who are being treated (which at the time cruelly and unjustly included homosexuals), etc

Or showed that she wanted these folks to either be sterilized or be interned in labor camps in numbers of 12 million Americans...which at the time was about ten percent of the populace.

Or that she lauded the German courts in 1938 which were doing these very things.

Then that would result in acquiring an infraction.

Yes. I know she went on to have a difficult relationship with eugenics, to say the least.

But I think she started out well-intentioned.

People associate Sanger with contraception and early feminism. This is not quite correct. I fully support contraception and it was inextricably linked to female empowerment. But she should not get the credit.

But if you read her writings, and note the two monsters who helped her co-found organizations, they were the most insidious bigots possible. She also spoke in praise of terrorism by bombing. How ironic.

Her goal was to eliminate the deadwood within races. It would be something out of Gattaca.

And she preached a scientific racism of eliminating undesirables. And sadly as the brilliant WEB duBois had an elitist theory called "The Talented Tenth", which stated that the intelligensia are part of the ten percent of a race that matter in areas like science and politics, then Sanger infected him with a sordid bigotry.

These ideas were minimalized postWW2 and the Nazis. Otherwise a very cruel, unjust, and ugly America would exist today because of the eugenicists.
