This definitely belongs in the category of "there are unimportant problems which I didn't know even existed" .
Sounds like a women's magazine for today's gamer (not meant sexist).
"Did you hear X streamt with Y?" - "No, really? But I thought he was married!" - "You will not belive it, but 3 weeks ago he even streamt with Z!" - "Yes, I've heard, she's such a slut. And he cannot even stay faithful to his wife. And the worst: Z has worn the same dress as last month, when she streamt from event B!"

Oh, it doesn't just sound like that, it's exactly that. Just with the addition that Twitch Drama usually comes with tons of harassment and threats that are thrown directly into the faces of the streamers and other people involved, because the professional barrier is so much lower by necessity. And that the role of yellow journalism is taken by people who are even less accountable, because they're sitting hidden behind clickbait youtube channels and social media accounts, and as a result all the more aggressive in their behavior.

No, she just has no idea how to smile and is drawn as a Chibi 99.99% of the time. It's one of those shows where the writers and animators are beyond insane.
