Egypt votes nay on Resolution 13 we believe that countries only need to send forces when they are needed and that forces sent to the UN under the resolution could be used for better purposes, such as defending ones homeland. We urge other nations to vote nay.

We can not accept Resolution 13. It is unfair towards nations with larger militaries, I feel there must be a better way of building a UN military. The current set-up would mean that armies with 1 Million men would be contributing 100,000 men, while a nation with only 10,000 men would contribute 1000 men. Both amounts are also a massive proportion of ones army when taken into the context of the size of each army. I feel the UN has no need for an armed force of its own. That is how wars start. The UN is not a force for war but a force for peace, if the UN has an army then it will have the ability to misuse that army. If you remember the last war started because the UN wanted to stop the Iron Fist from growing and decided to use military might, what happened? Millions died in a terrible war which has destroyed many different countries. I think the UN should have no need for a large military force, if neccessary then maybe a very small one made up of troops donated by a countries own choice. These troops could be for disaster relief and helping struggling countries get back on their feet.
I am not a war-monger I just dont' think a UN military force is what the UN is all about...

I put this here instead of at the RTOR thread becuse it must be voted on:
Rules for the Olympic Games:
1) Nations the are in war can not take part in the Olympic if they not sign an Cease fire/peace treaty.
2) ALL free naitions that not are in war can take part in the Olympic even Depostism states.
3) The arrangement shall go from 1 continent to an other.
Example: the last one was in Germany (Europe) so this time an African (Egypt), Aisian (China, USNA, Aborgines etc), or American (Andes, RNE, NHC, Atzecs etc) shall have it.
4) It shall be voted for 5 nations that shall decid wish naiton that shall get the Olympic (NB, Naitions that want to have it can NOT vote in the Olympic Comite).
I can't think about more rules right now, please say what you mean and what that shall be changed

The feel of diplomacy is different now, I can sense that we have entered a new era.
Not scientifically, no, we remain happy in the Early Industrial ages, but diplomatically we are new.
World power has not shifted, as it has often in the past. some power has been destroyed, by the Iron Fist's dismemberment, but the Allied Powers that defeated them remain strong, and united. Often after victory squabbling breaks out amongst the victors, this has not been the case.
Germany and Arabia remain at odds, but that is a trivial matter, it will not result in war, and will most likely manifest itself here, in the peaceful talks of educated man. We are free men now, free from every obstacle, we are brothers now, nations of the world, our troops have shed blood upon the e feilds, and we remember this.
The Russian delagation is proud to have enemies no longer, and only freinds of varying closeness.
