Chemical warfare continues in the RNE. Thousands of military and civilian casualties are resulting from this. It has also caused a stalemate as there are barely any troops left to fight.
New diseases created by RNE chemical warfare are rampaging across North and South America! Souix City, Iriquoisland and Houston, Aztecea and surronding areas are nearly depopulated. In the RNE, the civilian population is currently 1/10 the prewar size from the rapid spreading of disease. In the USA and the USSR, the disease is just begining to spread and is causing panic in areas when it first reaches the area. (loss of 1 of each military size in Iriquoisland and Aztecea as well as 2 economy. In South America each nation loses one economy level)
In some provinces of the nations who suffer from the new disease, such as Alaska in Iriquoisland, Texas in Aztecea, and venzuela in the USA and USSR
Philipenes troops blitz up through weak French and Chineese forces in the Philipenes and Vietnam, driving almost all the way to China itself.
Ireland collapses to the United Kingdom. The Irish government has been captured and the army has surrendered. (sorry, Admiral, but it is time for you to find a new nation)
Germans and French withdraw from Madagascar.
Congo signs peace agreement with Grand Alliance African nations.
African Union formed by Nambia, Republic of Zululand, and Kenya.
Bloody stalemate rages in southern India, niether side has advanced.
With the spreading disease and warring the RTOR Earth is now in a Dark Age.

BN1 has informed me that he is quitting and that the RNE is now open as a nation.
I'd appreciate it if someone would tell me if the current alliance stats on page one are correct.
