You misevaluate the situation. Let me clear up the situation for you (and anyone else interested to know).
1. early on you took a territory next to our capitol. THAT is aggressive. we could not do anything about it, so decided not to raise a stink about it, and risk your army attacking our capitol.
2. once we could, we took the territory from you and secured our capitol's safety. We then told you that we did not want to persue the war any further. For 2 turns after that, we maintained a force on the border equal to what you could attack with, so as not to risk an attack, but not threaten one either. even though we could have kept on our offencive.
3. you now think you've got the upper hand. you dont.
you cant attack us "safely". you have a total of 11 armies that can attack territory 33. we could BUILD that many there this turn if needed, not to mention the ones we have there and next to there already. you can attack territory 42 with a total of 4 armies, again easily repelled.
4. remember that since you have very limited resourses, you cant at the same time as your attack build up a good defence. so if we decide to launch an attack on you the same time you will loose territories. we also have more money then you and could just trade more, and crush you next turn with a huge army.
so dont get cocky before you evaluate the WHOLE situation.
5. this is not to mention that your sea shores are completely undefended and a single ship with a few armies on it could take half your nation.

From Austria
(i know Finmaster aint here, but just for the record type thing).
As you may have noticed, we've attacked your lands. The reasonings for this were as follows:
1. Russia asked for help.
2. If you and Norway had succeded in your conquest of Russia, you might have turned your armies towards us.
3. Couldnt realy trust you too much, as you've stolen from us (you'll pardon me for not believing your "friend gave it to us" story).
4. you presented a very vulnerable peice of land to us, that combined with the other factors made too juicy a target.
To Africa
From Austrai
Dear Founder and Fellow member of AFTA.
We would like to ask for your help in convincing Rome to not continue a bloody war with us. As you can see from above he cannot realy win, but his aggression can cost both of us significant resourses and lives.
We hope that your cooperation with him on the city in 26 combined with the fleet you've got on his shores will give you enough influence over him to convince him to concentrate his efforts on improving his nations economy instead of persuing useless wars.
