Very unfortunate that no one is up to the task of developing a scenario with all these units :( Civ 2 had wonderful Russian Civil War scenario with very historical and intense action...
 
Thank you ramzay1945, some of these units will go in my scenario on WWI (see signature).

It has now a "Russian Revolution" component with some Python events but I'm afraid it's not as complex as the scenario you wishes to have. Only Imperial Russia against the rising Bolsheviks, with 'Barbarians' set as rebels (Black army!). Map of (extended) Europe only.

Any news on the tachanka? Makhno could use it... :)
 
Where can I donwload the Tachanka and the armored trains (or the whole mod including this units)? Both look very interesting for me.

For further work on mod, i need help.
Colonization has the logic of a continental Congress.
I would very much like to implement this logic in BTS.
In particular, i need to create a window with a selection of characters and a window with already accepted characters. Character functions must be the same as buildings, but applicable to the player as a whole.
Is it possible?

Maybe reworking the spaceship screen? (Just a quick idea)

I managed to rework the technology tree a bit.
I used Platy's Worldtech component
When someone complete "research", the "technology" becomes disabled
But I also want to keep icons in this window that indicate the player who has "research" the "technology". I don't know how to do this.

The concept is as follows:
Since the mod period is very small, the technology tree is not needed.
Instead of the technology tree, the "Constituent Assembly" system is used.

Each power receives political points for which it buys members of the Constituent Assembly who give certain bonuses.
There will be 150 members of the Constituent Assembly divided into 3 groups:
1. Policies and administrators. Give health, happiness, buildings, speed of production, free workers, Commerce, etc.
2. Cultural figures and propagandists. Give buildings, free artists, spies, etc.
3. Generals. Give free commanders, free units, experience, etc.

Major countries (Red Russia, White Russia, etc.) get 100% political points and quickly get members of the constituent Assembly.
Minor countries (Poland, Finland, etc.) get 50% of political points and slowly get members of the constituent Assembly.
City-States (Don-Cuban Union, Baltic States, etc.) get 25% of political points and very slowly get members of the constituent Assembly.

A member of the constituent Assembly hired by one country cannot be hired by another country, which is displayed in the Constituent Assembly window. Ideally, the country's flag should be displayed next to the portrait, but I don't know how to do it yet.

There are thoughts about what would make a condition of victory: the convocation of the Constituent Assembly.
To do this, you need to hire 75 members of the constituent Assembly (for example).

There are also thoughts about unique and starting members of the constituent Assembly, available only for one country. But we still need to work on this.
