Either is fine. Regular Frigates should make short work of the Caravels, and they can promote from the XP to heal.

EDIT: I guess Navigation would allow us to catch the Caravels. I dunno. They're not doing any harm atm.

Trade with Gandhi: you know better than me how much flexibility we have with regards to diplo. We can produce Settlers in the late game relatively easily, as long as we have room to receive the liberation bonus. I'm fine with closing borders.

NY: at some point needs to start a Jail. Not necessarily now. As soon as Philadelphia has a Levee, NY will starve. So we can whip away the excess pop.

Philadelphia: 3-pop whip this turn and the next. Just +6 :commerce: from the Ocean tiles. So perhaps whip now?

Member's Only: any way of completing the Observatory in 2?

Kumbi Saleh: is an Engineer or Spy best here?

Adwaghost: liberating now is fine.

BTW, building a Watermill directly on top of Jungle saves 1 Worker turn compared to chopping the Jungle and then improving the tile, although the quicker route is naturally less flexible.

What would we gain from tackling Ragnar? We can slow him just as good with blockading and we lose little or nothing this way. Just about any Gandhi city is better... we just have to watch that he doesn't roll over Joao and then us.

UN: score means nothing, it's total population. Right now MM has a grand total of 14 population, while Gandhi has 53. We will liberate back Gandhi cities a few turns before the vote and then we can gift Braga, Guimaraes etc...

I don't think MM can get much more than 25 pop without our help.

GK will not get more than 30 I'd guess.

We have re-evaluate on T161 then... at this pace we might not even need the last GA, or very little.

Don't get me wrong, it's much better to go after Gandhi before Ragnar. The only thing Ragnar's capital will offer is a bunch of settled Great Merchants, and this would postdate any attack against Gandhi (making use of the remnants of the army).

Could you build a Theater after the Trebuchet in Lisbon, and Angkor Wat in Karakorum after the Levee? These are the most flexible builds for :gp: slots of the right sort.

Lisbon needs to generate a third Great Person to start GA#4 (with GMx1, GScix1). Oporto's Great Artist arrives too late for GA#4, so if Lisbon generates a Great Artist it doesn't really matter.

Invasion plan sounds good. I'd only suggest Vijay first if we had OBs with Joao, and that isn't possible any more.

Biology, well, maybe. We thought its value was comparable to the :hammers: route, and if a team didn't build TGL like us, it would be stronger.
