Not a bug but a correction. In the process of the coding I finally found where this was taking place and fixed it. Animals should have free promos that make them immune to terrain damage where they should be immune. Were these effects removed from the promos at some point or were the promos removed from the animals or what? I thought I'd been seeing these 'brown' promos on animals all along and that they were still there...
I see, I thought the bug was more elegant than the promotion solution.

The promotions are only for subdued animals. They are not in the XML for wild animals at all.
And because subdued animals now are 0 :strength: units they no longer need those promotions.
They also should be able to explore the map again as that was denied them because they were strong enough to compete with proper explorers making recons obsolete the moment you captured a 3-4 :strength: animal.

Oh no they shouldn't. Currently I am sending my subdued animals back home unaccompanied because nothing will attack them.

Well, something is supposed to attack them, we'll get there. My next update is just around the corner and will let a bunch of animals attack that currently can't when playing without Hide & Seek.

I, however, was not. I was implying that you look at the pedia on the unit and see if a unitcombat modifier (that won't tally into the total until after the unit is 'birthed' into the game) on the deeper unit details could account for the difference.

I'm sorry I'm not clear at all on what you mean by "...(that won't tally into the total unitl after the unit is 'birthed')..."

The pedia and the hover on the unit in the city's build list show that it has 2 movment, the pedia also says that it gets a -1 movement penalty reduction. The unit gets no free promotions (is that what you're asking about?)

The actual unit however has 3 movement and the hover options say nothing about a movment penalty reduction.

I suspect the actual unit is correct, because otherwise it would be a weaker version of the Commanche (STR 8) horse archer which otherwise I think would be identical. *Though I don't remember if the number of first strikes matches either.

When you look at the unit information in the pedia you'll see it gets such and such from this unitcombat, such and such from that unitcombat... it's a bit of a list to scroll through. When you look at the unit information on the help hover you'll not immediately see these unless you cycle through each unitcombat by holding (shift is it?) to see the unitcombat list and then moving the mouse off the unit then back onto the unit - each time you do this it opens up a different unitcombat's full modifier list. Thus its easier to look in the pedia where you can scroll through and see all the modifiers coming from the unitcombats on that unit.

Those modifiers from unitcombats never tally into the total of the unit details until its manifested into the game, until its trained and is a unit in the game now. So if the unit is getting a +1 movement from a unitcombat, the hover will say its got a movement of 2 while the unit, once in the game, will give accurately that its movement is now 3.

Found another bug. I can build 3 "Wonder of Nature (Mt Sinai)" in 3 different cities which are in about 2 range of it. I beleive that it should be only one, unique wonder... It don't shown at city screen but i can start production of it when i production screen at begging of new turn is shown.

No, that is correct. All Wonder of Nature buildings are available to all cities in range of the natural wonder.

I presume you mean the "From<such and such>" lists. If so, there is nothing in the 'pedia saying it gets a bonus movement. In the description it mentions it doesn't suffer terrain movement penalties, but nothing of the sort is mentioned in any of those "From<such and such>

Ok. I'm curious then. I'll look into that unit to sort out how its taking place. Sounds like it might be a bug somewhere.

Hold on. It may be a giant 'derp' on my end. I think I might have given it a different promotion path that may account for the extra movement.

However, even if that is true the actual unit hovers (all of them) don't mention the 'no terrain movement penalty.'

That's possible too. I'll try to remember to take a look at that.

C2C stopped using HUD some time ago.

Missing interface is usually caused by corrupted python code, which suggests something wrong with your C2C install.

Thank you very much!!!

Could I continue my savegame without problems?

When I load my savegame, a dialogue alert says me something about assets and I have to press "yes" or "no"...

Is it better start a new game?

That message about assets is the game save safe one so just select "yes" and let it do a "re-calc" then continue your game.
