I don't think it was Spybot causing the problem. I uninstalled McAfee (I think this was the issue) and wanted to use Windows Defender (along with Malware Bytes) and for some reason could not get it to start up while Spybot was installed...weird.

Correct, Win 10 will not run Defender if you have Any other AV or Anti-Malware active. I put spybot and AVG on because I wanted to wait for Win 10 to get some of it's "bugs" fixed before I let a Microsoft windows program take over my computer's AV and AM chores.

Sorry SO and others, modding hasn't been a part of the picture this last week. I'll try to get more time for it this week. I know there's lots of crash bugs and other issues to resolve.

I wasn't aware that had been made 'official'. I'm honored. Nevertheless, I see you, DH and I as senior team members who should act more as a council with higher authority than any one of us being 'CEO' rank alone so to speak.

Furthermore, if I'm understanding the reasoning for the comment in relation to the most recent discussion, I realize I do have responsibilities here to be attentive to. I'll do my best to get a bit more focus on them this week.

Latest SVN, EoT stall

(JapanNEW) was taking about 5-6 seconds PER turn . . . .


Also the Inca one i am still getting a CTD on next turn??? (if u can get pass this pls give me that copy, because i canNOT, sorry . . .

EDIT: This is the same Inca game, BUT at a different point in the game, but it ALSO CTD's .. .

Ok, I've figured out a fix for the Japan game... however it's a dangerous precedence as all I could do was figure out how to repair a game rather than keep it from becoming flawed in the first place. The repair is now as simple as running the debug dll. (which will give an assert if there is a problem) Once I get it on the SVN anyhow which I should be able to do in the morning.

Not really worried about any flaws, just that the CTDs stop, i can deal with things not looking or numbers being wrong. . unless i start a new game and it persist . . and on the Japan game, not worried if u get it tomorrow or later. . .:p:) Is it still an animation problem, or something more severe??
 
Something more unique. Not sure where it's taking place but somehow some units are on rare occasion ending up a plot away from where the group they are part of is.

As you probably guess no smoke comes from sharks because they don't have chimneys! The error is pointing at the wrong file.

This error keeps coming back, is fixed, then comes back again. It is a graphics issue and I can't remember how it is fixed.
 
Lake shore is appearing where it should be coast. I am using the C2C-Tectonics map script.

also when i built the shooting club in my capital, now i cant build the sharpshooter?
i can build the unit in a different city that doesnt have the shooters club, ??(pics 2/3/4)

Something complex must have taken place.
The placement code is pretty straight forward:

			if iTerrain == terrainCoast:
				iPlot.setTerrainType(terrainShore,False,False)
This piece of code comes right before tropical and polar water terrain is placed.

The plot in your screen-shot must have been tagged as a lake at the time CvMapGeneratorUtil got to the above code.

Is there any python that messes with land/water after map-gen. other than CvMapGeneratorUtil?

The module placeC2CBonuses is the last bit of Python that is why we do our stuff there.

isLake() may be being triggered because of the river marks each plot around as having fresh water. We are the first to try and do something with lakes so it may be an indication of a bug in the dll.

I can see nothing wrong with the XML you should only be able to build the unit in the cities with the Shooters Club. You do need the Firearms and Ammo bonuses. They are in a train condition so don't appear anywhere.
 
Latest SVN a weird endless end of turn happened.
I could not with several tries get it to work UNTIL I remove all the files in the Usersettings folder.

Possibly other bugs/problems stem from this so I am enclosing the usersettings I have with the file autosave file that gets the EEOT for someone to have a look at and figure out what settyings are NOT compatible with C2C.

2. Pic2, Cant even attack this stack of enemy??
3. Pic3, The stack is in alliance territory, and if i want to attack this stack, i must Declare War, why??

I'll look at the crash in the order it comes up in. As for the rest... attack units can't enter a neutral territory without an open borders agreement with the plot's owner. Thus they also cannot bombard into that territory nor attack.
