It was clear that many took the seventh day literally as a day for rest and recovery, as not even the voting saw any major activity. Even the narrator started wondering what was up with people, but he like the rest of the audience hoped to see a much more vivid afternoon.
A single bet had been placed, on the Luridus, but with no votes on his opponent it was impossible to report any odds. As the two priests were brought into isolation, many in the audience saw reason to celebrate, since no matter the outcome the world would have one goody-good priest less after the evening battle.
