Soul Scourge [Game Thread - Concluded]

@Visor- A Mafia Game Taking Place in the East! :D

In all seriousness I can't remember any off the top of my head. NSP1 I was cult I believe? Survived for a while under tight scrutiny. Worth a look I guess.

Good you replied at least.

Now while you're here, tell me your top town suspects and top mafia suspects.

1) Visorslash - town
2) Zack - unsure as of yet, he's normally quieter as scum, but he also has to host a game as well
6) remake20 - inactive mostly, bandwagon vote on zack is something that i suspect he knows he'll be voted for which is strange. guessing town based on the behaviour
8) samsniped - feel scum
9) count dingdong - inactive
10) Jarrema - no real read which annoys me
11) verarde - inactive
13) spaceman98 - tried to network early on - maybe trying to infiltrate network - lean town atm

1) Seems town, but again, the problem with publicly revealing roles would be letting the Scourges know who is who...not 100% sure.
2) I agree.
6) Seems really off to me, hence the vote remaining.
8) Can confirm town, source: me
9) Inactive, potentially worth a vote
10) Admittedly I haven't noticed him much.
11) inactive and worth a vote.
13) I've never been able to get a read on him. He's a mystery wrapped in an enigma. Your point is good though.

I'd think myself, you, Zack, and possibly Jarrema are definite townies. Obviously suspicious of the inactives, but also Spaceman feels somewhat off.

If private networking isn't going to work then we need to pressure somebody. All of this "X could be scum, but so could Y and Z" gets us nowhere as the scourge can easily hide in the shadows.

So your saying that if private networking won't work, in-thread analysis gets us nowhere? Honestly, this post is about as scummy as it gets. You've contributed nothing, and you've discouraged other people from contributing.

Tally:
remake20: 4 (Verarde, SamSniped, Zack, Visor)
Zack: 2 (Spaceman98, remake20)
Verarde: 1 (Jarrema)

hmmm...

That's a lot of votes on remake, and I have to admit, there's a strong case against him. Especially since Zack is hosting right now, which explains why he's less active than usual. I'm willing to let Zack off the hook for now, but I don't want to make the remake wagon unstoppable by adding a fifth vote to it.

Thus, I will unvote: vote: Count Dingdong

Yesterday, you graced us with your august presence. Do so today as well, oh count!

Where is this "less active" and "quiet" crap coming from? I have more posts than you, spaceman. In fact, the only person more active than me is Visor.

...lol, I had a post written and accidentally hit back a page. >.<

My life is hectic with uni starting up and obligations halfway around the world. I've got homework to do before I get up in a few hours for class. I don't have time to reread the thread. I've suspicions in some weak form of pretty much everyone but Visorslash, and I barely know any of you to base "normal" behaviors off of to help my reads. As a result, I'd just follow Visor with his suspicions, but remake's got a large enough lead as is. So of the other votes per spaceman's tally, I'll push Zack, as he's been suspicious before and, well, he voted me yesterday.

When did I say in-thread analysis gets us nowhere? I pointed out the fact that no solid lynch targets existed (hence a reason perhaps for Zach's vote) and that just running through lists of people who could be scum doesn't help nail anyone. They are helpful, sure, but only as a starting point for actually trying to point out and find scum. Basically my point was that we need to go further into the suspected candidates. Which I'm fine with that being me, given as it will gain the town some knowledge based on my response.

As far as candidates go, much like how most of us started the day, I'm not really sure. Spaceman sorta feels to me like he's trying to force himself into a leadership role in a way I don't like. I am also a little skeptical of Jerrima. So you're probably wondering why I voted Zack since I haven't even mentioned him in my suspects. Mainly because he did already have a vote and I wanted to add some pressure. Given it was my second real post of the game, I did not assume anyone would actually be that keen to listen to my candidates (especially since I thought a fair amount of networking had been going on of which I knew nothing of the results) so I did what I thought was in the town's best interest from my perspective and voted Zack.

I'd hope you'd have more to say other than the previously established fact that I joined a bandwagon.

I thought it was funny that when you were accused of bandwagoning, your defense was that you voted me not because you suspect me, but because other people did (i.e. jumped on the bandwagon).
