 on the wordsmithing on this history stuff. Pay raise for the speechwriter.

I think he actually has a team of like 30 people...;) :p

"America has called on United Nations to fulfill its charter that Iraq disarm."

Haven't they already???

ban the production and shipment of missile technologies

America's purpose is to achieve a result? The end of threats to the civilized world.

Is Bush obsessed with security or what?

Whenever action is neccessary I will defend the security and freedom of the american people.

I take back the pay raise. The international reaction to the wording "does not depend on the decisions of others" will be nasty.

"America is working with the leaders of Japan, South Korea, and Russia to convince N Korea of the badness of nuclear weapons."

Um, why not negogiate with the N Koreans?

obviously that wasn't a direct quote ^_^

ban the production and shipment of missile technologies?

I thought missiles were a technology of the future.

North Korea Now, they are trying to put fear into the west, and america will not be blackmailed.

America is working with the area to end the regime, but trying to get a peaceful resolution... huh? Nuclear weapons are the road to economic stagnation and chaos!?! US has lots!

21:52pm

I have to grudgingly admit, this is the most concise and solid case delivered yet on Iraq. Ironically, of course, nobody but a few CFCers will ever see it :D

I like how Bush is trying to pretend to know alot about anthrax and chem. weapons by saying how they kill us...

Iraq now.

 I just heard a strange noise. Like someone shouting WOOT!

I've heard that guy throughout. I wonder who it is...

"Saddam has been trying to build weapons of mass destruction. But why? The only possible use of those weapons is to dominate, intimidate, or attack."

Funny, this coming from a country with the largest amount of WMD in the world. Intimidate? Nah. ;)

back to al queda

Are we the only one watching?????
+Why doesnt they realise saddam is dead????
+he is now nagging 30 minutes on saddam and Iraq

Yeah, supposedly Powell has Big New Information on the Al Queda link to release in the next few days at the UN.

And phillipe, I don't have a problem with him spending a half hour on Iraq; it is a potential war, after all. I'd rather hear him out now then have to get the explanation from the History Channel 20 years later...!

Thats the Smoking Gun, right?

Its hilarious, they show people clapping and standing ovation, and then they zoom in on one guy, completely stoic.

probably a democrat ;)

On his list of torture techniques used by Iraqis, sounds like the government of El Salvador in the 1980s. But I digress...
