stJNESII: 2

Jason will post updated orders tommorrow. Thanks!

I'll have a look at this mess after work. Quick comment: There has NEVER been Danish troops or ships involved with the coflict on Madagasgar.

Denmark is not surprised that Egypt once again distorts the truth and reacts with violence and war when people disagree with them. In many respects the Egyptian government is way more aggressive than any of the fascist nations and often acts without any proper casus belli.

I'd like to remind Panda, and to a small extent sheep, to remain in IC.

Update is still scheduled for tomorrow folks! I have very little orders in, tho.

Well, seeing as it is EUROPEAN, you wouldn't be in it or participate with it anyways

Stop being jealous because another group of nations is growing strong, Sheep.

No need for this, panda. He wasn't doing IC, you shouldn't. Its "unprofessional" in a sense. Takes away from the game.

(ooc: In essence go screw yourself!)

Sheep, you no better :(

Insane_Panda said:
Furthermore sheep, what is this bull**** about us not obliging to your treaties? Britain has done NOTHING to violate the treaty which ended the war between us - but you and your arrogant and overbearing self can't seem to see that and instead seem to want to provoke some kind of conflict.

Sheep can say whatever he wants in diplo, even if its not true, its called propoganda to gain the support of other nations. Im not saying what sheep said was false, but i am saying that you cannot respond to it like that in OOC

Your constant idealogical BS comments on "freedom and democracy" are really starting to irritate me. I'm fine with you hating us, just please, be truthful about it, instead of trying to paint Egypt as some kind of democratic utopia.

Again, let him plau the way he wants. If you dont like it, do something about it in IC. Seriously. Stop using OOC.

Warman, I'd like to hear back from you regarding my PM before I send Orders.

Thanks

Emir Sharif Hussein bin Ali sighed and shook his head as he read the messages from his Egyptian ambassador.

“Did Egypt just declare war because Britain refused to change its form of government?” He asked uncomprehending.

His military adviser shrugged his shoulders “Maybe its just Mr. Yu’s time of the month.”

“Well, I’m sure there’ll be blood if that’s what he wants. Anyway, let’s get back to business. Now, if the prime rate drops another point…”

From: France
To: Egypt

We are becoming somewhat annoyed by your blatant warmongering. We politely request that you withdraw your unprovoked declaration of war on Britain within one month (OOC: real amount of time given is irrelevant, point is that if you don't withdraw it until the update, we will declare war on YOU), or face not just Britain but also all of its allies.

We hope that you understand how valuable peace is. But if you don't, then it is your problem. We don't interfere in other nation's internal affairs, like we did back when France was a democratic country much like your own, but as you see it fit to declare war on our allies, we will have to carry out our treaty obligations.

From: France
To: EEC

We ask you to support the National Republic of Britain against Egyptian agression (unless Egypt withdraws the declaration of war, ofcourse). If they see it fit to interfere in British domestic affairs, in EUROPEAN affairs, then it is clear that they will act no different in the rest of European countries - unless we make an united stand against Egyptian agression now.

This is not about the forms of government. No. This is only about Europe's independence from Egyptian imperialism.

From: France
To: The World

We ask all the nations of the world to support the National Republic of Great Britain, in what ever way they can, against Egyptian agression. Egypt is one of the world's strongest powers, but that doesn't give it the right to interfere in any nation's domestic policies, unless you concede that right to Egypt now by not standing up to it.

Orders will be sent today after school. If I do not send, you know what to do.

Message from Denmark to the World.

Denmark regrets the aggressive and needless actions taken by the Egyptian government. Once again Egypt shows her aggressive side declaring war in order to get her will rather than abide to diplomatic solutions.
Many statements have come from Egypt lately showing how European nations have broken treaty after treaty. They have, however, been utterly incapable of actually proving their claims. They can't produce a treaty showing all Mediterrenean islands are theirs as it doesn't exist. They can't prove there is European involvement in Africa since there isn't any. They can't prove their claims of Danish troops invading Egypt and Madagasgar as it has never happened. In short, the Egyptians use a lot of propaganda in order to justify their actions. They accuse us of suppressing the population, but the propaganda is coming from them. It is the hope of Denmark that the Egyptian population and the rest of the world will see through this propaganda and oppose this unwarrented aggression. The Egyptians do not have a casus belli!

The Egyptian government has functioned like a dictatorship for several years now. Acting only upon her own whim and completely disregarding all other nations in the world using rhetorics and methods clearly showing that unless you are with them, then you must be against them. For Egypt there is no neutrality. Europe dares to resist being an Egyptian puppet and for that Egypt declares war. Sooner or later it will also happen to you.

We ask everybody to put pressure on Egypt to recall their declaration of war and make them see reason. If they refuse we ask the world to sever all ties with Egypt, cancelling trade and isolating them. We ask Egypt to consider the path of peace.

Danish troops will not invade Egypt. Danish ships will not sail to the Mediterrenean. We will honour our pact with Britain though if Egypt attacks. We do not wish for this to happen, but an attack upon a member of the pact is an attack upon all of us.

In the name of peace, don't start this war.

From Germany
To France, Denmark and Britain

Germany will help defend our rightful governments against Egypt. Germany will send 50,000 soldiers if need be to help defend the isle of Great Britain.

orders are in.

Be ready next turn for a shock that may or may not rock the world.

Thanks Warman. Revised Orders sent.
