Suggestions and requests

I'm playing the Ottomans and my empire covers whole the Black Sea,every square.
And still the UHV says:Black Sea "not yet".

That's not true anymore since I changed the Ottoman goal. However, controlling the Black Sea means controlling the whole coast of the Black Sea with your culture. Mind that this includes tiles that border Black Sea tiles diagonally.

I do,all tiles of the Black Sea and each tile around it.

Sorry, for some reason I assumed you were running the SVN version; if you used the direct download, you need three cities at the Black Sea coast.

A suggestion:
Remove the religion pre-requisite for the following wonders:
1.The Great Wall-Cuz without it the Roman UHV is nearly impossible. Building many settlers and the troops to defend cities to those horrendous barbs.
2.The Angkor Wat-Cuz it will never be built in Khmer, always in India. I agree Wat was a Hindu temple, but still I prefer the location to be historical rather than the religion.
3.The Taj Mahal-Cuz its an easy golden age for the human. The player can take a couple of units, conquer Bombay or Delhi, and just build it at a relaxed pace. THis is really easy, as long as the Khmer dont take India, or India doesnt respawn. And I've never seen any Euros in India. This applies to 600AD only though, as otherwise Hinduism spreads elsewhere.

Are you talking about 1.73 here, or SVN?

Ankgor Wat is Buddhist there still, that's why I was confused.

The Taj Mahal situation will solve itself because 1.8 features the Mughals, and they're in the perfect position to build it then.

Oh, I'm sorry, I just checked. But its weird, as I remember it being hindu.

Whens 1.8 coming out?

When it's done :D

As I said somewhere else, I hope to get the major obstacles out of the way this weekend, so if everything works out next week.

And you could perhaps add something to the Mongolian UP- That razing does not cause instability. The Mongols razed lots of cities IRL, but if they do so in the game the instability will kill them.

+1.

Has anything changed about the conditions for the Byzantines to spawn by the way? I seem to recall reading the normal stuff dont apply if the human is playing greece, but my last game they spawned anyway - flipping Athens as well?

In the 600AD scenario, instead of keeping Rome and Venice indie, it could be Byzantine. Belisarius captured Rome for the Byzantines in 536, and it is quite close to 600. Here is a map:

If we include Venice and Rome for Byzantium, why not add back Hesperides and Tripolis too? I think they're independent in the first place so the AI can conquer them easier and quicker.

They only held it untill 751. Giving them control of it in 600 AD would most likely mean they would hang on to it for much longer than that. All in all, it would create bigger problems, than the small inaccuracy we're facing now. I don't think it's worth changing.
