Survey: Do You Like McDonald's?

Hello everyone,

I am doing a survey on how many of you actually like McDonald's. I personally very much dislike McDonald's, especially after it fired one of my relatives!

Post what you think about McDonald's, your attitude, and your stance on them. Thank you.

No, I don't like McDonald's, their food is unhealthy, and I rarely eat there.

The only reason I ever get food from there is because my sister likes it, and to save time and energy my mother gets food from there sometimes. That's it.

And it's disgusting too. Even other fast food places fare at least a little better. I'd only go there if there were no other food sources in a vicinity of ten miles around the McDonalds.

It is not cool for chefs to say nice things about McDonalds but I had a Quarterpounder with cheese and fries for lunch today and it was delicious. If you eat too much it turns disgusting though and in reality not all McDonalds are of the same quality.

I don't go very often, maybe 5 times a year.

I liked McDonalds better before they changed the fries' oil. Nowadays I prefer Wendy's better.

I have a suspicion that at least some of the McDonalds dislike is that many people feel like they shouldn't like McDonalds, because its unfashionable to do so.

I don't like McDonald's because I don't like the taste of the food primarily. The media perception of McDonald's that is sold to me hardly matters.

Never liked it, even when I ate really badly. Their burgers are no good (compared to their competitors, and, of course, light years behind a home made grass-fed burger). The only thing I liked was the fish filet.

Also, their fries smell so terrible, you can smell a McDonalds a block away. I still go in if I must to use their restrooms though.

The meat is greasy and unpalatable - learning that its unused animal parts doesn't really help. Fries are too greasy and salty. Fries used to be the saving grace of the McDonald's meal, but they are no longer. Dippin Dots and McFlurries are decent

While we're on the subject, do you know what McDonald's has it's cows and chickens fed? Low quality foods, and they intentionally fatten the cows and chickens. They even serve old chickens as chicken McNuggets! :angry:

I haven't eaten McNuggets, though (at least not in the last 15 years). Are they good?

It is highly illogical to have one.

The last time I have had them (a few months ago), it tasted greasy, and plain. Not good tasting at all. Don't even bother. It is just extra fat and calories you don't even need.

Maybe in Singapore. Fries are a US staple and almost everyone here makes 'em better than McDonalds. If you're ever in New York try Ranch 1. They have the best fries for a chain, IMO. Of course I'm no longer a fan of fries in general but if you must have 'em best to get 'em somewhat fresh.
