Bottom line, if there are laws making prostitution illegal, then this type of behaviour should be illegal as well. Personally, I dont really see much difference if the charge for sex is cash, or giving up my spouse for sex.

To tell you the truth, I had never thought of this kind of activity having a negative or postive effect on society. What say you all?

Seems like this ruling is a fait accompli, if I could use a French term. After all, even if it was ruled illegal, what would've stopped these swingers from taking their activities to their own home? As a matter of fact, that's where most swinging takes place.

i think this concept is pretty terrible, and i would never be a swinger, nor ever date one.

buuut, i dont really think this ought to be illegal. like its been said before, its between consenting adults.

Nope, I can't. Never even heard the word "bawdy."

I voted that swinging should be legal. Anyone who said "Absolutly, filty Animals" has had their mind altered to much by what are called "societys addictions." Societys Addictions means something that people do because everybody else does it, and because everybody else does it everybody thinks it's wrong not to or disgusting not to. Sort of like mass conformity. Society would be much better without these.

Some examples of societys addictions inculde:
-people should be clothed always, regardles of temperture.
-toilet trained people should not wear diapers.
-relationships are supposed to be exculsive.
-people should not have sex with someone they don't love

These ideas may seem drastic but think about it. Do you think a caveman would be mad if he saw people naked? No, because the caveman has not been exposed to societys addictions. Even though I follow societys addictions, (I just don't wanna be arested or killed) I truly hate them.

P.S. If I have given the impersion that prostitusion is okay, I don't think it is. It is unfair for the client to have to pay for sex and it is unfair for the prostitute to work in a job where they could very easily get an STD and are frequently beaten, But I am not invovled in it so I don't really care.

I agree, If people want to be swingers who are we to interfere? It's none of our buisness and if you are not involved in it, it can't hurt you.
